Jay and Lonna did a huge remodel of our 2900 foot Lindal Cedar frame home in Durango last winter. We had a new deck, refaced stone wall, new wood floors, new tile, new carpet, painting, resurfacing textured dry wall, staining of beams, new stair railing, carpeting, new cabinetry, redesign of kitchen, redesign of 2 bathrooms, redesign of master bedroom, new exterior siding and new roof. Pretty much everything.
Jay had wonderful ideas on how to break walls in both our kitchen and master bedroom to make for more expansive views of the mountains and our property as well as provide us with much needed room in our master bathroom. Lonna has great design ideas and it is so nice to bounce ideas off of her when picking floor tile, backsplash, furniture, doors and other accessories or different designs. They have tremendous resources and great suggestions.
The work was impeccable, Jay's group of workers are excellent, professional and friendly and became part of our family. We could not be happier with the result and a true testament to their worth is that two of our neighbors have now hired them. I did a lot of research before selecting Jay and Lonna having interviewed several other builders. I can't recommend anyone better.
